Your tasks


  • Responsible for all company correspondence maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, (office-) equipment, IT, bills and errands
  • Ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Partner with HR Germany, providing orientation to new employees and support records of personnel-related data for our external payroll
  • Ensure office efficiency by e.g. creating processes and maintaining filing systems
  • Manage and maintain long-term relationships with key vendors, subcontractors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Support Travel-booking for employees
  • Planning and Execution of Company Events, Trade Shows and support of special projects
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
  • Documentation of process


  • Create Quotes and Sales Orders, monitor project milestones and iniciate milestone-invoicing
  • Maintain Customer basic data in ERP System
  • Support spare-parts shipping
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Support Local Sales Manager with Sales initiatives and provide Sales Reporting
  • Documentation of process


Your Profil

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (multiple choice possible) or comparable training
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office and experience with common ERP systems (Sage / ProAlpha preferred)
  • Structured approach with planning skills
  • Self-motivated and independent personality
  • Fluent English skills; German language skills advantageous
