We use "cookies" on our website on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 (f) of the GDPR. Our interest in optimising our website is thereby deemed legitimate within the sense of the above regulation. Cookies are small files automatically created by your browser and stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies pose no threat to your end device and contain no viruses, trojan horses or other malware. The cookie contains information produced in connection with the specific end device used. However, this does not mean that we obtain direct knowledge of your identity through this. One purpose of using cookies is to make the use of our offering a more pleasant experience for you.
However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer or so that a prompt always appears before a new cookie is created. However, full deactivation of cookies may mean that you cannot make use of all the functions on our website. Cookie storage periods depend on their purpose and are not all the same.
We kindly inform you that this page uses Cookies. Cookies settings will last for a maximum of 90 days. Cookies are small files that are transferred from a web server to your browser and stored on your hard drive. The legal basis for the use of cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit f DSGVO. Only the Internet protocol address is saved during this process – but no other personal data. The information which is stored in the cookies allows you to be recognised automatically upon your next visit to our website, which makes your use of it easier.
You can of course also visit our web pages without accepting cookies. If you do not want your computer to be recognised upon your next visit, you can also refuse the use of cookies by changing the settings in your browser to "Reject cookies". You can find out how to do this in the operating instructions of your browser. However, if you reject the use of cookies, there may be restrictions on the use of some areas of our web pages.
In order to be able to evaluate our site statistically, we use the program AWStats. The program is a free web analysis software. It is used for evaluating log files created by web servers on the basis of visitor requests. The program does not use cookie files for the evaluation. The statistical analysis is carried out via the log files, which also contain IP addresses. As a rule, this data cannot be used to identify specific people. This information is not merged with other data sources and the data is deleted after it has been statistically analysed.
In contrast to other statistics programs, AWStats does not transfer any data to a third-party server. The program is installed on your own hosting package. For example, the transfer of data abroad is avoided because our server is located in Germany.
We may use functions of the YouTube service to display and play back videos on our website. These functions are provided by YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. Additional information is provided in the YouTube privacy policies.
In this case, the enhanced data protection mode is used which, according to the provider, ensures that user information is only stored during video playback. When the user initiates playback of embedded YouTube videos,
YouTube may employ cookies or other storage technologies to collect information regarding user behaviour. According to YouTube, this is done, among other things, to record video statistics, improve usability and prevent misuse. Independently of any playback of the embedded videos, the integration of the YouTube service may also result in a connection being established to the Google network "DoubleClick", which can trigger additional data processing operations over which Jungheinrich AG has no influence.

The special case of legally prescribed data blocking instead of data deletion in accordance with Art. 17-19 GDPR remains unaffected.
All personal data is transmitted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. SSL is a secure, tried-and-tested standard which is also used in online banking, for example. You can identify a secure SSL connection by the prefix "https" (i.e. https://...) in the address bar of your browser, or by the padlock symbol in the lower part of your browser window.
Furthermore, we employ appropriate technical and security measures to protect the personal data we have stored against manipulation, partial or complete loss and unauthorised third-party access. Our security measures are continuously enhanced in line with technological advancement.
